PrimusGFS is a fully recognized Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) benchmarked audit program covering GAP and GMP as well as Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS). This program provides certification for growing operations and minimally processed (fresh) produce.

Azzule Systems owns and manages PrimusGFS.

PrimusGFS certification is divided into 3 modules

Module 1 - Food Safety Management Systems (applicable in all areas)

Module 2 - With 2 distinct sub-modules: Good Agricultural Practices and Good Processing Practices (applicability of modules will depend on the scope of the audit).

Module 3 - Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (only for Processing Units)
